...Trigger assembly

To dissasembly the spraygun, firmly hold its tank, while you rotate clockwise the compression tube(the part which holds the handle) with your right hand.

Once the tank is separated ...

... you need to take out the metal valve, but do not take the white plastic washer.

To be able to add the trigger, first place the adapter....

....until you can feel it makes no movement. There will be a gap between the sprayer and the adapter of aproximately 2mm. This is normal.

Rotate part n°2 clockwise, until the end of screw.

Put the trigger in clockwise. It should be assembly softly, so that the trigger wont get twisted.

The trigger will probably need to be set into ...

... its right possition.

Then move part n°2 anti-clockwise to adjust the final position.

You are now ready to connect a compressor to adapter n°4. Please check the compressor should be of 20 lbs or less, which is the maximum pressure that the tank accepts. When you press the trigger, you will instantly begin to spray, and the same will happen when you stop, as the air is released through a special valve inside the trigger.
