...Trigger connectivity - How does it work?
  
                   
    You can connect it to compressor with adjustable knob for air flow and pressure.  

 

   Or you can connect it to minicompressor without adjustable knob for air flow.  
 
                   
 
      This kind of compressor which is usually used for inflating a car tyre, does not have a device to adjust the pressure, then you must use a Paintec air release security valve.  
                   
    Pressure delivery must be set up to 15 lbs.       Cylinder diameter of compressor must be at least 20 mm to assure enough air flow to make the spraygun works properly.  
                   
             
How does the trigger work?    
               
     

Step 1

The trigger has two intern valves. One yellow and another one blue.When it is not in use, the blue valve blocks the air pass to the tank,so that it won't spray.

     
               
     

Step 2

When you pull the trigger to its end, the blue valve opens and lets the air flow throw the tank. As it accumulates pressure, it starts spraying. At this point the yellow valve is closed, so that the air won't escape through the trigger.

 

      
               
     

Step 3

If you pull the trigger lightly, none of the valves will close, and air will pass through both the trigger and to the tank. This will help you regulate the spraying pressure.

     
               
     

Step 4

If you realease the trigger completely, the blue valve will inmediately close, and the yellow valve will allow air to pass throght the trigger.Therefore the sprayer will stop at once.
